Volunteer & partner with TXILC on habeas work.
Three paths for individuals — attorney, non-attorney, Ministro Corpus — plus resources for partner organizations supporting habeas relief in Texas.
Three ways to volunteer
Whether you're an attorney, a non-attorney advocate, or a faith-based volunteer — there's a way to help.
Attorney
Take a pro bono habeas case or support active litigation. Access templates, decisions, and trainings on the Attorney Resources page.
Non-Attorney
Support people in detention and their families through advocacy, accompaniment, and intake assistance.
Ministro Corpus
Provide pastoral and spiritual care to people held in immigration detention through the Ministro Corpus program.
Resources for partner organizations
Training curricula and advocacy guides for non-legal advocates supporting people seeking habeas relief.
